If you make sale and purchase transactions online through Dibzy’s web-based transaction platform, we also collect information related to such transactions including the types and specifications of the goods, pricing and delivery information, any trade dispute records (“Account Activities Information”).
- Statistical Information: In addition, we gather statistical information about our Site and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions, unique visitors and so forth (“Statistical Information”)
- Marketing Information: From time to time, we gather information about our Users and prospective users during trade shows, marketing events and other functions for follow up marketing purposes (“Marketing Information”).

XV. Mobile Application

The Site and its contents are not intended to be targeted to minors under applicable law and we do not intend to sell any of our products or services to minors. EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
Dibzy participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield. Dibzy is committed to subjecting all Personal Data received from EU member countries and Switzerland, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Frameworks, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Dibzy is responsible for the processing of Personal Data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Dibzy complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to Personal Data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Dibzy is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Dibzy may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
